Since we built WindowFlower.net we've had one thing in mind ---- trying to supply with all our customers fine products, reasonable prices, and satisfying services. At WindowFlower.net, our e-shop, you can find many finely made paper-cut products. You can select and view them by clicking the categories and subcategories listed along the left column. If you want to learn more about a specific item, you can click the snapshot of the item or its "Description" link for its price, size, color, making method and description.
  How can I find a product?
WindowFlower.net offers a wide selection of paper-cut products which are finely made by Chinese folk artists. For your consideration we set up an inner search engine to help you quickly find what you want.

This function bar is located at the top side of all pages. You can directly enter a keyword and click the "Go!" button to begin searching throughout the entire WindowFlower.net site. You can also use the drop-down menu to narrow your search to a specific category first.

WindowFlower.net is a great place to browse. We've been trying to introduce each item as elaborately as possible. Moreover, we hope that through WindowFlower.net you can take an easy look at Chinese culture, so we are trying our best to introduce some cultural background knowledge in descriptions of certain items. What we always keep in our mind is to make you enjoy a completely easy and happy shopping experience at our site.

  How do I track my order?
At WindowFlower.net it's easy to track your order.
1) Click the "My Account" button on the Menu bar
2) Use your username and password to login and track your order.
  Has my order shipped?
You can login your account to check your order status. When your order status shows "In Transit" it means that we've approved your payment and sent out your ordered items. You can expect to receive them in 3 - 10 workdays, depended upon the shipping method you selected.

  How can I create my account?
You must have an account for????V? shopping at WindowFlower.net. You can set up your account before shopping around by signing up, or create an account after shopping.
  How do I modify the ordered items in my shopping cart?
In your shopping cart each item is followed by 3 small links: Update, Remove, and Description.
To modify the quantity of an item ---- Change the number in the "Quantity" blank and then click the "Update" link on its right side.
To remove an item from shopping cart ---- Click the "Remove" link following the right item.
To view the description of an item for reference ---- Click the "Description" link following the right item.
  Can I modify my contact details or other information?
Yes. You can modify your profile after logging in your account.

  What are my payment choices?
Currently we accept credit card payment including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We don't bill for ????V?credit card service fees.
  When will my credit card be charged?
Upon successful order your credit card information will be submitted to the payment gateway and processed by bank within 2 workdays. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and phone number that your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause delay in processing your order.
  What billing information will appear on my credit card statement?
Your credit card will be charged in US dollars, and your payment to WindowFlower.net will be under the name of "CapInfo Co. Ltd" or "SHOUDUXINIFAZHANGUFEN GO BEIJING". If you have any question on your charges please contact annachan123@126.com, and we'll check for you ASAP.
  Is my transaction secure at your site?
Yes. The payment gateway we currently use adopts SSL technology to encrypt all data transmitted through the net. By this method your private information can be guarded from unauthorized access for credit card processing.
  Why is the billing amount on my card a little bit different?nt from your prices?
Due to the exchange rates between China and other countries, the amount appeared on your card might be a little bit different from the prices listed on our website. However, we're always trying to make your billing amount lower than the prices total to avoid any extra expense to your account, and we're still trying to find better payment solutions.
  Will I get an invoice?
Yes. When your payment is approved we will send you an email invoice for notification. We'll also include a paper invoice in your delivery package for your copy.

  What are my shipping method choices?
Currently we have 2 shipping methods. One is via United Parcel Service of America, Inc. (UPS), and the other is through China Post. You are strongly recommended to select using UPS since it's much faster and safe.
  How much is my shipping?
Your shipping fee will be decided by the total amount of your order and the shipping method you select. You can check the Shipping page for details.
  When will my order arrive?
Normally all of our paper-cut products are in stock ready for shipping, so you needn't worry about any delay caused by stock unavailability. The total delivery time is mainly decided by the shipping method you selected. Basically it takes 7 - 10 business days by China Post, while 2 - 3 business days by UPS.
  Can I track my package online?
It's decided by the shipping method you select. Yes by UPS; No by China Post.

  What's your guarantee?
We guarantee that all of our paper-cut products are completely made by hand by China's folk artists. We also guarantee that all of our paper-cut products are in good condition when sent out for shipping.
  What's your return policy?
We've built WindowFlower.net with one thing on mind ---- to supply all of our customers with fine products and satisfying services. If you find any paper-cut item you ordered from WindowFlower.net is damaged in transit or incorrectly delivered, you may request return or exchange within 10 days of delivery, by return we'll reverse a full refund.
We'll pay the return or exchange shipping cost if the return or exchange is caused by our error. Please note that the shipping fee you paid for order is NOT refundable.
